1. Acceptance of Terms 

Welcome to www.nu3s.com (the “Site”), operated by NUMW JAMAICA LLC, doing business as NU3S (“NU3S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 130-29 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434. 
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. 
These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. They do not govern services received at our physical location, including car wash, food and beverage, auto maintenance or repair, or EV charging services. Separate terms, notices, signage, estimates, agreements, or waivers may apply to those services. 
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through the Site. 

2. About NU3S and Our Services

NU3S operates a multi-service destination at our Jamaica, Queens location offering: 

• Car Wash 
• Market Cafe 
• Xpress Auto Care 

EV Charging is coming soon. 
Descriptions of services, products, pricing, promotions, operating hours, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. 
Information may change without notice. If a particular price, promotion, service, product, appointment availability, or operating hour is important to your decision, please confirm the current information with NU3S before visiting or purchasing. 

3. Permitted Use of the Site 

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. 
You may not: 

• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with another person’s use of it 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any account, computer system, network, or other system connected to the Site 
• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information through the Site 
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, collect, or extract information from the Site without our permission, except where permitted by law or reasonably necessary for ordinary search engine indexing, accessibility, or similar legitimate purposes 
• Use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or entity 
• We may suspend, restrict, or block access to the Site where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, interfered with operation of the Site, or engaged in unlawful or abusive activity. 

4. Accuracy of Information 

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on the Site. However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. 
We reserve the right to correct errors and update Site content without prior notice. 
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, information displayed on the Site does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that a particular product, service, promotion, price, operating hour, or appointment will be available. 
If you are relying on a particular price, offer, service detail, or availability, please confirm the current information with NU3S before making a decision. 

5. Intellectual Property 

Content on the Site that is owned by NU3S, including the NU3S name, logo, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 
Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, or commercially exploit NU3S-owned Site content. 
The Site may also include licensed or third-party content, such as stock photography, mapping services, social media content, or vendor-provided materials. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and may be subject to separate terms or restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NU3S does not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This limitation applies only to use of the Site. 
It does not govern services received at our physical location, including car wash, Market Cafe, Xpress Auto Care, or EV charging services. Separate terms, agreements, notices, warranties, estimates, or waivers may apply to those services. 
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 

10. Your Responsibility 

You are responsible for your use of the Site and for information or material that you knowingly submit through the Site. 
You may not knowingly submit content that: 

• Violates applicable law 
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights 
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful 
• Contains malicious software or code intended to interfere with the Site or another system 

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you choose to provide. 

11. Third-Party Links and Services 

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, platforms, maps, social media services, analytics services, advertising services, or other third-party tools. 
Third-party services are operated independently from NU3S and may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. 
NU3S does not control the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or operation of third-party services and is not responsible for those third parties’ acts or omissions. 
Your use of third-party services is subject to any terms and policies established by those providers. 
Nothing in this section limits responsibility NU3S may have for its own conduct under applicable law. 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 
Subject to applicable law and the jurisdictional requirements of the relevant court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in the state courts located in Queens County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. 
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that applicable law requires to be available in another forum.

13. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. 
When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. 
Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law and any additional notice or consent requirements that may apply. 
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

14. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary. 
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. 

15. Entire Agreement 

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and NU3S governing your use of the Site, together with any additional terms that expressly apply to a specific Site feature or transaction. 
These Terms do not replace or modify separate agreements, estimates, service authorizations, warranties, waivers, notices, signage, or other terms governing services received at our physical location.
